I read the other reviews and had the opposite experience. I had three house keys made and it took about 10 minutes and they all work.

Made two copies of my home key, and they were not even close to resembling my key. Went back after chatting with support rep, tried it again and still could not get them to work. I ended up going to Minute Key and those worked great!!!!

Needed a new key made for a Thule snowboard rack(lost the keys). They were able to look up the pattern and cut a new key in about 15 minutes. Will definitely use them again in the future.

THIS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE GO TO LOCKSMITH IN San RAMON! My keyless Schlage door lock failed electronically after 7 yrs. Not having key I took lock to AMPM store to have it re keyed. Was greeted n helped by Oj, I told him of my problem he made me a new key so that the lock worked mechanically. He then tried to help with the electronic issue without success. AMPM sells the Schlage lock at competitive price however Oj suggested I call Schlage as they have a lifetime warranty. Called Schlage , as stated they backed the product and I received it today. IT IS SO REFRESHING N SURPRISING TO HAVE SOMEONE PROVIDE HONEST SERVICE ! This did not happen with Oj, as I waited someone came in with a security lock issue, he was met by Sirage who also provided honest service with the customer in mind. I called today to get their names for this post, as I thought of them as I installed my new replacement lock from Schlage!
